Your membership is effective upon approval of your application and receipt of annual membership dues.  If you have never been a member before, we need to provide the name of a current FBCCDLA member that can verify you are a practicing criminal defense lawyer when you complete the Online Application as described below.

Note: To join FBCCDLA you must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas engaged in the defense of criminal cases (except law students or affiliate applicants). New applicants MUST be endorsed by a current FBCCDLA member. Members of the judiciary (except honorary members) and those regularly employed in a prosecutorial office are not eligible.

Annual Dues begin on February 1 of each year and are as follows:

$35 for those in practice less than 5 years.
$50 for those in practice 5 years or more.

For now you must select "Manual Pay" and you will need to bring or mail  your check payable to FBCCDLA to the FBCCDLA Treasurer at (Roxie Roll, FBCCDLA, 12144 Meadowdale, Stafford, TX 77477), or you can bring your check to  next FBCCDLA meeting your membership will not be approved until you bring your check to the FBCCDLA Treasurer and payment is processed.
